Dear reader,
I'm Ralph. I grew up in our family business in Hasselt and studied finance in Leuven and Madrid. For years I wanted to start something of my own, but I didn't know in which direction.
Until my mother and I talked about the newsletter for her shop. I saw what could be done better and more efficiently, and simply started doing it myself. It worked: customers replied and came by.
At the same time, in my finance job in Madrid, I saw how fast AI is changing the work. For me that wasn't a reason to worry, but a reason to act. I use smart tools where they help, so I have more time for what matters: your business and your customers. That's how, from Madrid, I help build our family business, and something of my own.
Between the clothing racks and the regulars, I learned how a local business works: people come back for who you are.
